245 folding back seat lever is weak!

I have a '90 245 that I also snapped the handle to let the seat down on one FREEZING cold day (say, how about some of this global warming!) I have found that the best method is to release the catch on either side of the seat. Started with a screwdriver (if you are forcing, something is wrong) and I can now just release them by hand a bit of a pain I know but still easier than taking apart the whole seat...

By the way I recently got an '82 245 and if the release handle is WAY stronger.

have fun!

Andrew
