Loose centre AC vents in dash 900 1994

Hello and thanks in advance.

One of the two centre AC/air vents in the centre of the dash has lost its firmness. It is now loose so that it will not hold its position and always flops downwards. Which is annoying when you want that cool air hitting you. How do I fix the problem, has a friction washer or something come loose? Any help is always appreciated.

Regards Paag
