Rear (Bench) seat removal in 86 745 700

I'm thinking of swapping my fabric bench seat for a leather one, which I saw at al local PNP. Didn't see anything specific to removing the entire seat in the FAQs (though there are articles on maintenance, repair etc. of the existing bench seats and cushions). This, hopefully, would be a RnR job out of an identical year car, except they have nice leather seats and mine are a mixture of leather and cloth. The reason I want to swap them now is that the threads are coming loose and I'd rather not be faced with trying to stitch them as the car gets older, and that seat seems to be used more and more as my children are getting older.

Any hints, look-out-fors, or recommendations greatly appreciated.
