Bellingham, WA Shops? 200 1984

Quick question! Im up here in Bellingham, WA and this place is Volvo central! You cant go anywhere in the county, much less west of the Cascades without seeing 10-20+ 200's and 700's trundling along daily. So... Im still learning to do much more than the most basic tune up work and just wanted to know about our local shops, as I know I've seen a few Bellinghamsters around here. The only 3 Volvo / European car specific shops I know of are:

Rainbow Auto - Been there once to pick up a rear view mirror, was cheap. Out in the sticks. Never had work done though.

Bruce Cox - My father had work done awhile back and was happy but it did seem a little spendy. In town though.

Harmony Motorworks - Really close to Cox and all the records for my previous 744 turbo were from there. Never been nor do I know anything about them.

So... are there any good opinions supporting any of these or any I should shy from? Also, can a shop do a thorough check-up? I cant seem to solve my rough idle and random hesitation / power loss when cold. Car is dandy once warm.
Otherwise I know the suspension bushings, shocks, struts need replacing. Brakes need help too... a tad too much pedal travel and squeeky front right, I think. Im slowly learning... I just dont have any spare time nor money though I've got 3 jobs. Thanks!
