help with 960 RPM sensor, few other ? 900

Dan,

Yeah I am getting to the point of being able to answer some questions on the 960s! I am more of a 240 guy, know a bunch about the b21 and b18's, but these b6304's have me a bit perplexed to say the least! but I sure do like the power and comfort of these cars. One runs pretty good, the other has a new head but a couple of banged up pistons, and I will be parting out (actually have an ad for parts in classads if anyone needs anything)

The car does run actually pretty smooth with the rpm sensor code thrown, a slight lump at idle maybe every 10 seconds or so, but have put about 6K miles on it since the MIL came on, still getting 23-25 mpg highway. It does not stall with the code on (it stays on constantly). I reset it a few times, and always comes back on immediately after startup. The car has 275K, but the engine is a 94 with about 100K on it, so a slight lump is no issues, still pulls real hard right up to the redline with no stumbling or stalling. I will double check the code in a minute here and post it. Maybe I am reading it wrong.
