Replacing Engine Harness any thing to watch for? 200 1985

I got it on e-bay. It had been installed on a car which was subsequently wrecked, so it has seen limited useage. I paid $112.50 for it plus $10.00 shipping. It is the later replacement harness (the seller says it is for an 85-88 model). My car does not really need it yet, and I might consider selling it. Sure as I do that, I will start having electrical gremlins. There is one on ebay right now for the 83-84 version. It is reasonably priced as well. I have seen these advertized new for over $400.00.
