TYPE F vs. MOBILE 1 700 1989

After reading the FAQ’s and searching this site it seems like both Valvoline ATF type FA & Mobile 1 fully synthetic mercon V are both acceptable and perform well for the power steering rack. I was wondering if anyone had comments on their experience &/or preference. I debating which one to refill my system with. There is almost 150K on the rack & looks like the seals are ever so slightly leaking. I assume that I will have to eventually repair or replace it. Going by that I think I’m just going to go with the cheapest option. Interested to hear feedback.
