745: how to identify worn front strut inserts? 700

thanks for the answer! Bilsteins are cool and are performance upgrade, but are quite stiff according to the reviews. I am not sure my old factory 'volvo' strut inserts are original (back from 1990), may be they were changed by a previous owner at some point. For these two days that I have newly installed Sachs Super Touring inserts (OEM), they work fine on my 745 turbo. Strange enough that there are no reviews on these inserts on the net. Probably because they are made by the same people that produce Boge.
