Steel Road Wheel Runout Questions 200 1992

Our '92 240 has a slight wiggle and a vibration from 45-50mph that I have not noticed since we got it a year ago. We use it for short trips, no highway. I just noticed the shimmy/vibration after a short hop on the highway. Car has 110,000 miles on it.

I jacked it up in the rear and noticed the right rear tire has some lateral (side-to-side) run out. So I pulled the hubcap and measured the runout at the wheel (factory steel) - it's about .055-.060". The other wheels have a lot less runout, the worst is less than .025". While spinning, no other tire exhibits runout. The rear hubs show less than .001" runout. I did not check the front hubs.

The questions are:
1) How much runout in a factory steel wheel is too much?
2) Do steel wheels typically develop runout over time? There is no sign of damage.
3) Does Volvo still sell the steel wheels?

Thanks in advance.
