Instrument Cluster repair...? 200

I was an idiot and tryed to hook up a small clock to the big tach, but didn't think to unhook the battery. The tach and small clock don't work, well the small clock works when the car is off, but not when the key is in and turned on.

I have been to the auto recyclers and found nothing good.

So this is the damage....
Is there a way I can fix/replace that burnt out path? Computer shop maybe?
