The connection between transmission fluid hose and radiator

Hi,
I have a 1997 Volvo 960. Recently, I find that there is leakage from the connection point between the transmission fluid hose and irradiator. I tried to tighten the nut, but it seems the thread is already all the way to the end. So I suspect there is some leaking seal inside the connection.

Is it possible to replace the connection part only, without having to replace the whole radiator? Can somebody recommend a part?

Thanks
Robert
