Heater Core Project. 'Gentlemen, we can rebuild her. We have the technology......' 200

The trusty 85 240's heater core or an associated hose decided to crap out after only 23 years. Leaking fluid that is soaking the driver side carpet and dripping from the frame. I started pulling appart the dashboard on what is the 240 owner's mother of all repairs.

While I'm in there shedding light to parts that have not seen the light of day since about August 1984, what else should I do?

I'm thinking of testing some questionable relays (rear wiper works but not on intermittent), maybe get the clock working again. Not a lot of dash squeeks now but I'm afraid that after I put it all back together, things will move. Any foam, adhesive, or material I should use between parts when I put this all back together?
