Seat Warmers--1987 240 wagon 1987

After 20 years of use, the seat warmers on my 240 wagon seem to have stopped working. I am wondering if anyone has tried fixing these before. I have checked the wires under the seats (they seems to be connected), and I think the fuses are working (#13) because the signals are working and they are both on the same fuse. Anyone have any other ideas that I could try? I am somewhat capable of fixing these, as long as there isn't too much involved. I don't plan on taking it to a shop to have it fixed (too expensive) But, if its easy for me to fix, I would love to get these working for the cold winter! Thanks!
