940 rpm sensor code 900

I had this OBD code in my 1990 245 with a brand new crank sensor (like a week old), swapped it with the equally new one in our 740, cleared the codes, everything was fine. Both cars are happy. No codes in either.

The original poster can try clearing the codes to see if it comes back, though I agree with Spook: if it's original, replace it... soon.
