Easy one - are front Seat Cushions swapable left seat to right?? 700 1990

It's a 1990 740 Wagon, leather seats, seat heaters.

The bottom cushion of the drivers seat is totally destroyed and has been hidden under a sheepskin cover deal for the last two years. I've taken the seats apart and it sure looks like the passenger cushion/leather is interchangeable with the drivers side. Am I missing something? If so, I'm optimistic about getting a decent new bottom cushion at the local junk yard . . . which would save me about $600 . . .
