Wheel Size offset designation? 200

The following is the marking on Volvo steel wheels:

6Jx15x43

I think the 6 is 6" wide, x15" diameter, x43mm offset

Is that the correct reading? I was told that these wheels were from a 240 but not sure as the 240 offset is 25mm.

If the 43 designation indicates offset than should I assume that these wheels were from a FWD or AWD Volvo?
