2-3-2 Code and other rich/lean problems 200 1989

Hi

I have had a similar problem with a 740 -90.
Lost some hair over this and also changed the o2 sensor with no
change in the error codes.
After many hours under the car i discovered thiny holes in the catalytic conv.
around the mounting hole for the o2 sensor.
Thru these holes the exhaust drew in fresh air wich gave the o2 sensor false readings.
Ended up with having to get a replacement cat. conv.
After this the problem went away.
