1967 122s wagon dieseling and not holding idle 120-130 1967

I have a 1967 122s wagon with a rebuilt b20e engine. It has 145lbs per cylinder compression and a pair of su carbs with new jets and kd needles. I have replaced the fuel pump with an nos glass bowl a/c pump. It has a rebuilt brake boost and a d type overdrive. I am having issues with the idle and the car diesels when I try to shut it off. It generally only diesels when I have driven the car and not after just idling. I use 91 octane fuel and a octane boost to see if it was tha gas, but it still is dieseling. The timing is at 10 btdc, Any ideas... I am going crazy
