Shift Knob Upgrade? 1800

i have a nice walnut knob from a hurst shifter assembly in my 142, it looks nice and has the correct gear pattern in a cast metal disc on the top. its round but not to huge. in my 122 wagon i'm going to use a cast aluminum grenade, i just need to drill and tap a hole in the bottom or side depending on how i mount it. you could always make your own.
