WON'T START 200

Just took out of storage (6 months) with battery charger attached. Car ran for a few days, now it won't start. It turns over, but just won't start. I swapped out the air masss meter, fuel injection relay, and checked all fuses. What else is there. Car has about 1/4 tank of gas.
