replacing exterior fuel pump 700

I don't think it will take them two hours, and I wouldn't trust anything other then Bosch.

The previous owner of my 1977 264 decided that it would be cool to use a mustang tank pump when the original failed, he busted the level sender and I ran out of gas twice before replacing it with the twin pump setup.

You will need a hose pincher plier set, that's the only way to ensure healthy working conditions. pinch the inlet hose to the pump/fiter assy, remove assy. disconnect the line and get away! Enjoy a hot beverage or cold beer inside, and return once the fuel has evaporated. You will then be free from the posion gas fumes.

You should purchase a new filter, and new copper sealing washers, as they are essential to a leak free installation.

Why did you decide to replace the pump? Is the vehicle out of service?

Make sure that the problem is not in the wiring before spending the big bucks.
