brake caliper 1, driver 0 200 1990

So I'm putting new rotors on my 245 w/208k. Got the passenger side apart no problem. Brake line came off and caliper bolts easy. Now the drivers side brake line will not budge. I've been hitting it with pblaster for like 3 hours or so and i can't seem to make it budge. my 11mm wrench worked fine on the passenger side, but it seems like it's not tight enough to put good force on the brake line. It wants to round off the nut. I can't seem to find a 11mm flare wrench, but don't worry they make 10mm and 12mm combo ones, just not 11mm. Please help if you know any tips so I don't end up having to get a new brake line and caliper.

Thanks in advance,
Tom
