Cam Question

Gosh, thanks, Chris. I'm SURE you don't have one lying around.....

I have never had a new cam show up with a nut. They come sort of like a newborn
baby - with a little scrubbing they are naked and ready to put stuff on.

1 7/16" is the hex or wrence size, but not the thread size.
I went out and miked one out of my last teardown and got a major diameter of
0.990" with a pitch of 12 threads per inch. That is too big for a metric size
(25mm is 0.984) so I suspect that what we have is 1"-12 UNF threads.
As Chris suggests, I can probably scrape a used one up from my culch heap.
e-mail me offline. Although it results in an apparently cryptic address, the
little envelope above WILL get an e-mail to me.
