The whole back cover comes off. It's in the FAQ somewhere.
It maybe easier and cheaper to replace the whole cover.
They come up on eBay quite regularly. Or find a good one at a wrecker.
If it's the drivers side think about getting one from O/S (UK or Australia) where the car is RHD, it's the passengers seat less wear.

The bottom cover is interchangeable.
