1990 760 turbo No Start fires then stumbles 240kmiles 700

i HAVE MY VOLVO IN A SHOP AND THEY CAN NOT FIX IT.I went to shop try to help .
They have replaced the air mass ,the ing mod ,ECM Speed pickup sensor off flywheelwires dist cap rotor wires the power stage .

I have a set of green bools tryed to follow tests Iam useing new car features 0 00 760 turbo with Jetronoc 2.4 EZ116k along with section 2 july 1989 falt traceing section 2 28 B230FT PAGE 201 PLUG PIN OUT DOES NOT SEEM THE SAME

tHE CAR HAS GOOD SPARK AND THE PLUGS ARE WET SMELL GAS WHEN CRANKING .

The test code 1 1 1 comes up om the diag unit all ok

Took valve cover off valves seem to be at proper position timeing belt looks ok .

Have 9 volts at the injectors .COULD IT BE TURBO PRESSURE

Any help would be great retired and love this car .Bill so far $2000.00
