all right i need some help. i am a gt nut, and have run across a crossbred car, that cant figure out what it really is. i was on ebay last night, and came across item number 260189596807. this is a car with an identity crisis. it is a 242 dl that the seller is claiming is a gt. it has the ear marks of been both. it has the gt interior, the right headlights, and grille, and some correct badges. but the kicker is it is white, has gl wheels, the standard trim, not all black around the windows and the side, and the final nail in the coffin is it is an automatc. i do not know of an gts so far that i have come across as having an automatic. i am not really interested in picking up another project, as i have an 86 wagon, a 90 244, a 92 245, and a 242 gt right now. but i need to send this out because i think that there is something hokey going on with this car, and am trying to get to the bottom of this before someone gets a faslely advertised goods. if anyone can help, think think think. thanks.
