No lights Instrument cluster 200 1989

My car is a 1989 Volvo 240 automatic

I had a non-working speedo/odometer in my car. So I got a used instrument cluster from another 1989. While I was at the junk yard I grabbed a tachometer from a turbo 1985 Volvo 240. Everything went together well except that I have no lights to the cluster. The speedo/odometer, tachometer, blinkers, and idiots lights all work. Only the two bigger lights do not work. Is that 2 prong connector to the left of the speedo for the lights? On the junk yard cluster there were no wires connected to it. On my original cluster the red/white wire (tach wire) was connected to it and another wire (do not remember the colors). Do I need a jumper from the tach to that 2 prong connector? The upper 3 connector for the clock (back of tach) which one is the clock light? I would really appreciate any help here.
