Allternator bearing squealing, how to replace

I decided I would take make sure it wasn't the belt. Tried to tighten the 10mm adjusting bolt to get slack out of the belt and bing!, the bolt snapped (I knew I shouldn't have skipped applying the penetrating oil).

Since I was at it, I decided to take all the bushings off, they were pretty squished. Called up autozone, they don't have the bushings, and the volvo dealership will sell me the OEM rubber for $14 a piece (about 10 times the price at FCP, and still twice as pricey as the Polyurethanes). I don't need to drive the car again 'til Friday, hopefully my parts come in the mail by then.

I'll post back after I put on the new bushings and get the belt tight, hopefully this will take care of the noise.
