No Heat! Second chapter, and perhaps the ending chapter. :>( 700

Well, I added coolant to the overflow about 5 days ago and did some driving. I am still smelling coolant.

Today it was a balmy 15 degrees out. I got the frozen hood open after some swear words and looked at the hoses . The entire engine compartment was dry; no coolant around. No coolant on the floor of the passenger compartment either, but a lot of white smoke coming out the exhaust. Methinks I have a blown head gasket. Damn! I just did the brakes less than a month ago, and the tires are almost new. I guess i will just carry coolant in the trunk and refill the overflow as needed until the engine seizes.

I am doing so well with my brain tumor, but this stuff is such a burden. I just might have find a reasonably priced non-Volvo......Horrors!
