ATF TYPE 1983 240 200 1983

I am unsure what type of ATF to use.
I had a flush last week and the shop used Dextron.
I then noticed that my tranny was leaking more
than usual.
I checked my manual and it says to use Type G (FLM).
In the forum some say to use Type F.

What brand of tranny leak fix should I use?

The shop said I can go back for a flush and refill
of the correct type for "free".

Any and all advice will be appreciated.

Joseph
