Power Window Conversion help 200 1987

All electrical problems : /

I know how to set up the scissors and motors, that stuff isn't too bad. I finally did the major conversion to all 4 windows, instead of just having the driver window power. Now...the problem is, I can't get any power to the rear motors, and I don't know why. Maybe i'm not setting up the connectors right in the fuse box? (one blue/yellow wire, one brown wire. I plugged brown wire into to second slot for power window fuse and blue/yellow into first slot for power window fuse. Is this right? Or should they be plugged in differently?)

What does the middle button do on the driver side main control. It has a black circle and a full circle?

If you have any questions - ask. I probably didn't explain this so well.

Any other advice is greatly appreciated.
