I inadvertantly broke the needle off of the speedometer of a 1993 245. A small brass weight came off and I can't determine where it goes. The weight is a diamond shape with a rectangular tab on one side. I assume it should be between the needle and the circular disk that is attached to the input. But it doesn't make sense any way I have put the pieces together. Anyone know ?
