Slipping clutch... 120-130

Impressed at how well my Amazon started this morning given the subzero temperatures and very heavy frost here in Scotland....

However....Clutch is slipping, not too bad but I guess its not going to get any better :( Question is it likley to be wear and tear or something else...? I have a dim recollection of reading somewhere about a crank seal (?) that needs a modern replacement????

What else should I be doing while I'm in that deep? I have an OD box stashed in my shed and I'm thinking that it would be a good idea to do that at the same time.....

I have some vacation time over christmas and new year, I can make some space in my garage (for a day) and I have an engine hoist. Its it quicker\easier to pull the engine and box complete and split them on the floor?? (bearing in mind that I'll be doing it without any assistance !).

Cheers
Gerry
