Follow-up to 'My front wheel falling off' 200

ORIGINAL MESSAGE
Hello. My car has developed a "shudder" while turning the steering wheel to the left either at stop or very slow foreward and reverse(std. trans). The vibration and sound seem to be coming from the left front only. I don't notice it at speed or when I turn to the right. I jacked up the l/f tire and checked tierod, balljoint, and wheel bearing. Everything seems tight. Any speculations? Thanks.

WHAT HAPPENED
This turned out to be a problem with the power steering fluid. The hose at the
rack had a small hose clamp that was just loose enough to let a little fluid escape over the years until the resoivoir was below minimum. I'm guessing that without the stability a working rack offers the front wheels, the tires started shaking. I tightened the hose clamp, refilled the resoivoir and all is well. Thank you for your help.
