Duett 445 Engine Swap Guidance Needed 444-544

Greetings all,

I finally bought (and could afford) a PV445 Duett after kind of looking for one for about the last 8 years. It's a 1958 in original and complete condition and I'm very happy with it. (I've been a little down since I sold my 122 six years ago and this Duett helped to fill the void.) It's not running though since I was told it developed a knock and it was put away for a couple of years. But It came with a good spare motor and I plan on swapping them. I was hoping for some help and advice on the engine swap.

The hood will have to come off to do it. Does the radiator have to come out too? Is there anything else that needs to be out of the way.
What's the best sequence of events for taking the motor out? Is it best to take just the motor out, or take it out with the transmission attached?
What's the best source for torque settings and such when I put the motor together? I haven't had any luck on locating a thorough manual.
Everything is still hooked up on the present engine so it shouldn't be too hard to tag and document where everything hooks up and such.

My goal is to make it a strong runner and I'll drive it as is for a while. Some day I'm sure I'll dump a bunch of money into it and make it really nice I hope.
