Installing seals ??? 200 1989

1989 Volvo 240, B230F auto trans

I will soon be swapping my "M" cam for an "A" cam, installing a new timing belt and all three of the front seals.

I do not have any of the Volvo tools for pressing in the new seals. What is the best way or tricks for pushing in these seals without the Volvo tools? PVC pipe, large socket, old seal......
What are the tricks that seasoned Volvo guys use.

I would like to give a big THANKS for all of the help that I have received here.
