hello everyone
I have attempted to get advice and possibly a set from V-perfomance, but email responses and discussion is little on their end, and other Volvo places are equally difficult to get help from.

what is a good spring rate for a B20 amazon to go racing?
and what shocks would they pair with
I imagine Qa1 or penske double adjustable remote resevoir and srping to match would be best...but common it is hardly Amazon type stuff- I don't think the VARA or other historic like that sort of change (they don't i checked)although SCCA Gt3 say Okay the car has pretty much been uncompetitive there forever and continues to be so.

So would the adjustable Koni's do well for circuit racing? or should i go with bilstein HD's...
or paint the Qa1 to look like koni's and take a chance? ha ha
and i was thinkg 700-800# up front
and 250-350 in the rear
any tips advice or misjudgements you can point out?
