740 GLE 16V no compression holes 2 and 3 700 1990

I bought a 1990 740 GLE 16 valve, drove it home ren great except tranny, I put a tranny relay in even better. Than I went to clen it up steam cleaned engine and all went to hell. I notice after cleaning that timing belt cover was lose, could a slipped timing belt effect compression? Car current runs and idles ok, but under load, has no low end, but once you get it going runs great, compression #1 130, #2 0, #3 0, #4 130, I'm new with dual over head cam, help?
