M47 Tailshaft issues 200 1990

I've been looking everywhere for a definitive answer regarding the M47 Transmission. Does it have a tailshaft bushing (like the AW70) that goes bad? I have terrible vibrations (especially on decel) and have replaced suspension bushings, transmission mount, engine mounts, drive-shaft support bearing and carrier as well as u-joints. I have an extra M47 that a friend donated that feels much tighter in the tailshaft than mine, though it is hard to tell as the car has such soft motor mouints that a lot of tugging moves everything around making it hard to isolate and confirm shaft play. The back of the tranny is damp (I suspect the seal is toast) and I read that sometimes is the cause of tailshaft bushing failure. I've got 202k on the car thought the vibes probably started between 185-190k.

Could the vibrations be from anything else? Not tires...those check out too.
