Ugly Betty: Chapter 4 .... new permutations 700

I think I mentioned that after seeing the 740 wagons last weekend I decided that Ugly Betty might be ugly, and a pain in the ass, but I have developed a grudging co-dependant relationship with her. If I keep feeding her coolant and top off the power steering fluid, she won't leave me stranded in the middle of a Minnesota winter. She always starts up even though she sits in an open parking lot. (Ever seen one of the first scenes in Fargo?) I keep reminding her about the kick-ass Michlin tire I gave her and the new brakes in the back.

Well after coming to terms with our twisted relationship, a friend of mine was stupidly back her van UP a hill and ran into the back of Ugly Betty breaking her tailight on the driver's side. (This is not the first time she has done this)

She doesn't want to go through insurance for this.

I told her that this piece would probably be spendy. She doesn't make a fortune, being a school teacher, but certainly is willling to pay for the mishap.

Anyone out there with an 89 740 driver's side tailight? Want to sell it?

Ugly Betty and I thank you for your time!
