Hello everyone, My life has taken a turn and I am now being forced to abandon my 71 Turbo project. Some of you will remember what my plans where for my turbo and for those who helped me with parts and details for the engine thank you very much. I have some very special parts that I have aquired over the 7year project like aluminum roller rocker assembly from KG Trimning, Forged rods and CP forged Pistons(longer rods shorter pistons), K grind cam, steel gears, 74 FI block cleaned and ready for machining. My plan was .30 over bore with 9.1 compression. I also have a full megasquirt set up, FI manifold, FI E gasket kit, two injector rails with injectors, new injector wiring harness, crane 700, p60 coil, the car has a new bushings front and back, like new front and rear lenses, sway bars front and back, bilstein shocks front and back, 14" momo steering wheel with adapter, Blaupunkt stereo, Ungo alarm, auto locking front doors, brand new 2000 BMW gun metal grey paint, and I also have over 3K in new rubber for the entire car including front and rear windshield rubber and brand new glass for front and back, i even have the rubber piece for the rear licence plate light, and the widshield wiper arm rubber grommets, extra set of door windows, original seats, a set of 780 bertone spider web design wheels, 2 4spd OD trannies and one 4spd tranny, full dash with no cracks, stainless steel brake lines, 2 working brake boosters, complete chrome and chrome clips, engine hoist and stand, the car was stripped down and sprayed with bed liner to quiet the ride, I also have a full dynamat kit. I am probably forgetting some stuff but that's the bulk of it. The turn in my life was a divorce after 13 years of marriage. If any of you are interested in the entire project let me know.
