Hi Bruce,

Maybe you took your car to the wrong garage?
Did you take it to some place like K-mart or Pep Boys?
What kind of alignment equipment do they use?
I had good luck here by going where the local mechanics send their
cars to get aligned. They used the Bear setup and I got to watch the
alignment, Its a precision setup tool. I'd guess if you have a bad rim
it might mess up that system. In any event, a pro front end tech should
know what to do.
