mag wheels and offset dimension: will they work? 120-130

Hi all.

I have come across some mag wheels that I like (95-97 Mazda 626 alloys). The dimensions are
15 x 6
5 bolt on 4.5 inchers (114.3 mm)
offset: 45 mm (? I am checking into this)

Not knowing much about wheel rims, I have a question to the collective regarding the offset.

Give that the original rims have an offset of 25 mm, other than clearance issues, will there be any handling or wheel bearing issues? Will a spacer help matters any or make things worse? (other than perhaps solving clearance issues).

Thanks all.
