I think I got taken.....again....Need a 556 ECU Help? 200

Well, I'll spare the long story. I have my 1991 245 in the shop for the 6th time. I swear it's the cold start valve but the mechanic won't have it any other way than to have another ECU to test the system. This car has been out of comission for at least 8 weeks now that I made the mistake of taking it to this "Import" specialist. ANyway, it was running way rich, and got to the point where it would take 20+ minutes in the morning or anytime the engine is cold to start (mind you I live in south florida so..."cold" is a bit relative). After he replaced the coil, the battery, the plugs, and disconnected the EGR system, no resolve. I requested that he check the cold start circuit (sensor and wiring) and coolant temp sensor but I haven't gotten a straight answer on that one. As a final jab, the ECU in the car was rebuilt by Programma 4 years ago so.....Now that I have made the story longer than it should have been, does any one have an ECU that will work in this car? I am in St. Pete and right now, I am biking it and walking a lot, both of which are great feelings when you have paid a lot of $$$ to have a running car and still don't have one. If someone could help, I would really appreciate it.
