Need advice on exhaust project 700 1989

Planning to replace cat converter and manifold down pipe. In looking for new down pipe from exhaust manifold to cat converter I have seen descriptions of units with and w/out EGR. Does this mean with or w/out oxy sensor port? Also any tips in tackling this job? Where is the best place to purchase this down pipe? (cat converter already coming). My down pipe is currently cracked just before entering the cat converter and is VERY loud.

Any help greatly appreciated.
