740 Alignment Problem 700 1989

The problem you are describing is castor not camber.
If one strut is 180 deg out you will have 5 deg one side 3 deg the other.
The car will wander at speed and feel lighter to turn in one direction.
Get a printout of the specs.
Spin the strut so both strut tops face backward. easy job.

Check the alignment(get a printout) if it is not within spec check for bent parts or sub frame. Then use the camber hack if needed.
your castor should be around 5 deg both sides.
Playing with camber, toe will not fix this problem until the castor is equal.
