Treating doors for rust 120-130

I'm no expert, but I will share my opinion.

In my case there was no question. The door was rotted through.

I also based my decision on the fact the whole car needs paint and I didn't want to go through a repaint only to have a bubble reappear.

My e-mail is freestatedesign-at-yahoo.com

Another thing I strongly suggest is renting the Paintucation Body Panels DVD from Smartflix. Gives a good primer on using adhesives on body panels.

Since I am a novice welder I am leaning towards adhesives. Fewer potential issues and the adhesive is a moisture barrier.
