Rotating hubcap 200 1991

The tire shop broke one of my hubcaps during a tire rotation. Front driver. I go to the local volvo scrapper and get another hubap. Looks the same..I put it on. a month later I get a slow leak in the valve stem. I notice the hubcap is not aligned and the valve stem is bent and cracked at the base.. I get the stem replaced and begin monitoring the hubcap.
It moves during use
I have to move it back every few weeks or the valve will get bent and leak.
Anyone had this?
