No Dash Handle on my 122s wagon! 120-130

I have a 1967 122s wagon and there is not a dash hold handle on the dash next to the radio. Were some 122s not equipped with grab handles on the dash? I am tempted to drill the holes, but I am a bit aprehensive. Does anyone know if the grab handles on dashes were stock for all years of the 122s?
