Hello all. I installed a new set of Bosch spark plug wires on my '65 PV544 this weekend. Three of my plug wires had straight orange boots. The plug wire for #1 has a 90 degree hard brown boot. I called ipd today and was told that was correct, that some cars had clearance issues so it is a one size fits all kit which seems lazy to me. They will function fine but I don't like the way it looks. Does this explanation make sense? Are all sets like this? The set I took off had four matching boots. Thanks!
